I never thought about the oil producers in the states though. It is impossible to get the true &quot;green gold&quot; from Italy when stateside...everyone pushes some pepper nonsense your way and pretends that it is real new oil. But California oil...now that is one hot tip. We stopped at Vincent Arroyo winery where they produce there own Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. It was by far some of the best oil/vinegar I have ever had. My only regret is that I could only fit 2 bottles of it in my suitcase.
